FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We use the Mindbody booking in system, which can be downloaded via the app store – just search for ‘Average Joe’s Fitness’ and you can choose your training pass and book onto classes. First timers are welcome join us for one FREE SESSION, which is available through Mindbody.

You can attend any of our sessions with our flexible training passes. For example, buy a ‘KEEPIN’ IT CONSISTENT’ pass and you’ll have 12 sessions to use (1 month expiry from the date of your first session).

Used all of your sessions? No problem! Just log back onto Mindbody and buy a new training pass.

We are open 7 days a week with morning and evening sessions available most days.

1-2-1 training with us is an option, although spaces are limited.

We are always happy to accommodate for children during any of our 9.30am sessions.

We don’t believe in tying people down to a membership, which is why we use training passes instead. There are no commitments, other that having to use up the sessions you have purchased within 1 month.
