FITNESS SESSIONS

Our high-intensity Fitness sessions focus on raising your heart-rate and increasing you fitness levels. Battle ropes, kettlebells, rowing machines, Assault bikes, Skiergs, and much more are combined differently every session, in a circuit-style layout that’ll push your limits and really make you sweat!

STRENGTH SESSIONS

During our Strength sessions, we use professional level weightlifting equipment to build your strength, balance and power. From the comfort of our state of the art private facility, you can make the most of our rig, Olympic bars, bumper plates, dumbells, prowlers, sleds, benches, cable machine and kettlebells.

BOXFIT SESSIONS

In our popular Boxfit sessions, you will find high-intensity workouts based around cardio boxing techniques. Not only will you improve your core and balance, but you’ll build strength too! Without question, boxing is a demanding sport and can be a great addition to your weight loss plan.

STRETCH AND CORE

Designed to lengthen your muscles and tighten up your abdominals, these sessions will test your balance with bending and reaching – improving your movement and range of motion. Each session ends with a short meditation to relieve stress.
