FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The classes you attend depends entirely on the membership option you choose. For example, our PREMIUM members are able to attend four sessions per week. Theses sessions can be at any time, on any day, as long as they equate to four.

We are open 7 days a week with morning and evening sessions available most days.

1-2-1 training with us is an option, although spaces are limited.

We do not have a designated crèche area for children, although are always happy to accommodate where we can. Bringing children along to our quieter sessions would be the best option and can be discussed during a consultation.

Memberships are paid for on a monthly basis. There are no commitments and you can cancel at anytime.

We use the MINDBODY booking in system, which can be downloaded via the app store – just search for ‘Average Joe’s Fitness’ and you can choose membership options and book onto classes. First timers are welcome to get in touch and join us for one FREE SESSION before signing up.
