WHERE IT ALL BEGAN

OUR STORY

Established in 2015, we began our journey as a small, independent business dedicated to making exceptional strength and fitness programming accessible to all. But, we dreamed bigger than just being an ordinary gym; we aspired to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and supported on their fitness journey.

Nearly a decade later, we are proud to have expanded our community and moved to a larger, state-of-the-art facility. We've moved beyond just running gym sessions – we've become advocates for fitness and wellbeing in the Hebburn, Jarrow and Bill Quay area. From hosting community fitness events and workshops to sponsoring local sports teams and fundraisers, we are committed to inspiring and empowering our community to lead active, healthy lives.

Our HYROX affiliation means we hold exclusive rights to host HYROX classes, training sessions, and specialised programming. 
 
By joining a HYROX Partner Gym, you not only elevate your training experience but also become part of a vibrant HYROX community driven by passion and motivation.

ABOUT THE RACE

HYROX combines both running and functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

Each race is hosted indoors in expansive exhibition halls, creating an immersive race, where your spectators can support you from the beginning to the end.

With four different categories to choose from, HYROX is the sport for every body. Whether you are looking to take on HYROX by yourself in the Open or Pro category, share the experience with a teammate in the Doubles Categories, or split HYROX four ways in the Team Relay category, there truly is a race for everyone to enjoy.
