Need some gentle encouragement? Our experienced team work on a “greater input, greater output” mentality, so the more support you need, the more we’ll offer. Available pretty much 24/7 via our Facebook Member’s Page, our trainers are quick to respond to any questions you may have along the way.

And as for peak or off peak memberships – there’s no such thing! The Average Joe’s training schedule is designed to make your life as easy as possible, therefore you are not required to stick to the same training times or classes each week. We appreciate that being flexible to your needs and availability is key to helping you achieve the best possible results.

I started training here in preparation for my wedding nearly three years ago, I’ve continued to come since getting married as I love the community feel! The workouts are always different and the coaches are brilliant. Would recommend AJ’s to anyone of any fitness level as there is always improvements to be made!

First month under my belt so wanted to write a little review. This is a fantastic gym, very welcoming and for all abilities.
I’ve tried lots of other gyms in the past and always felt conscious or out of my depth as I was a complete novice lifting weights. Joe and Scott show you how get the basics right, concentrating on technique to ensure you are safe and getting the most from each session. Gutted I didn’t join sooner!

We use the Club Link app, where our members are able to choose their training passes and book onto sessions. First time? Click the FREE TRIAL button at the bottom of this page and we’ll get you set up and booked in.

There are no peak/off-peak memberships: you can attend any of our sessions by booking in via the app.

We are open 7 days a week with morning and evening sessions available most days. Check out our timetable in the menu bar along the top.

We are always happy to accommodate for children during any of our 9.30am sessions.
