Available pretty much 24/7 via our Facebook Member’s Page, our supportive trainers are quick to respond to any questions you may have along the way, as well as organising fun fitness events for you to enjoy with our other members.

Our training schedule is designed to make your life as easy as possible and you are not required to stick to the same training times or classes each week. We appreciate that being flexible to your needs and availability is key to helping you achieve the best possible results.

Going to the gym has been a part of my daily routine for as long as I can remember and I am passionate about Olympic lifting, gymnastics and running. I opened Average Joe’s in 2015, with the mantra that health and fitness truly is for everyone. Going to a gym needn’t be a daunting ordeal, and with the right atmosphere, can actually be fun. After all, our physical and mental health are the most important things we have control over.

I’ve been into fitness all of my life really and was buzzing to be asked to be a part of the Average Joe’s team at the end of 2020. I am an international long jump and triple jump athlete, who specialises in ‘speed’ and ‘strength and conditioning’ training. Come to any of my training sessions and you’ll soon learn that I am FULL of passion and enthusiasm. I won’t settle for anything but your best effort: so be prepared to leave the gym absolutely knackered!
