Average Joe's Fitness works with people who are committed to becoming the very best version of themselves. Our experienced team invest heavily in the realisation of your dream results and work on a “greater input, greater output” mentality. Available pretty much 24/7 via our Facebook Member's Page, our supportive trainers are quick to respond to any questions you may have along the way, as well as organising fun fitness events for you to enjoy with our other members.

Our training schedule is designed to make your life as easy as possible and you are not required to stick to the same training times or classes each week. We appreciate that being flexible to your needs and availability is key to helping you achieve the best possible results.

Diet and training

Most people don’t have a diet or training problem. You know what healthy food is, but life is so crazy that it’s easy to make bad food choices after a busy day at work or skip training because you’re too tired. That’s where we come in! Average Joe’s give you proven nutritional strategies that are simple and wildly effective, coupled with short and intense training to melt away unwanted fat and replace it with lean muscle tone. I’m Joe, passionate about all things health and fitness! Having always been an active person, going to the gym has been a part of my daily routine for as long as I can remember. I'd probably say my specialties lie in Olympic lifting, gymnastics and running - elements of which I like to bring to my training sessions at Average Joe's.

I opened Average Joe's in 2015, with the mantra that health and fitness truly is for everyone. Going to a gym needn’t be a daunting ordeal, and with the right atmosphere, can actually be fun. By becoming part of the Average Joe's ‘fitness family,’ you will achieve the right mindset to make long lasting, positive changes. After all, your health is the most important thing you have control of.

Hi! I'm Coach Bev, Average Joe's very own barbell and PiYo enthusiast!

I've been in the fitness industry since 2015 - when I decided to take a leap from my previous career to follow my dream of helping others to fall in love with fitness. I enjoy all aspects of my job, from teaching technique to music classes, training clients one to one, coaching groups and encouraging people to achieve things they never thought possible. Whether you are a beginner or someone more experienced, I believe every step you take is important in achieving your goals, and I love that I get to help people take those steps everyday.
