Based at Stonehills in Pelaw, our state of the art private studio offers small group training - leaving you to feel comfortable and confident without the worry of waiting for equipment.
Our ethos is to provide a friendly, ego-free experience for all. Whether you’re just starting out or have been training for years, we can guide you to the next level of fitness. Workout alongside like minded people in our large group 'Fitness' sessions, or take advantage of our trainer’s expertise in the smaller 'Strength and Conditioning' classes.

We don’t believe in any one method or style of training , and instead cover almost every type of training and exercise out there. From boxing, weight training and cardio, to HIIT, TRX and kettlebells: we cover it all. Ultimately this keeps the training exciting and avoids you getting bored of the same old routine!
